The fact is people, theres a few of us here who have a fairly regular meeting type thing going in Swindon that isn't always announced on the forum. Sorry - might seem a bit jack but there you go. Julia has extended an open invite to you all (which is nice of her) so why moan about the choice of location. Organise your own meets if you want. Why should Julia be the only one who organises anything on here?
Swindon is handy for Paul y3k, Cappy, Riss, Me, Julia, Aimee, Nick and Greenday. So thats 8 people straight off. How many of you would bother coming if we met elsewhere?

I was just saying how you get together quite a bit, and that its a shame i dont live that way coz i would be more than happy to join in regular if i did

And i agree about having a drink - thats why i started the cc p155 up thread (although that seems to have died a death now

So come on you Kent cc'ers- lets have a party to rival these swindon lot

and if we cant do that, then we're just gonna have to go over THERE and show em how its done!

My reply wasn't meant as nasty to anyone - and certainly not aimed at you matey...anyone is welcome to join our band of merry men (and birds!) It just so happens that those of us who like to meet frequently all live pretty near Swindon - no other reason. We get together not to drone on about cars, but to get wasted and have a laugh! So its not really a CC meet at all, just a bunch of mates on the piss...

Swindon is 2 hours away for me but I would be happy to drive that far. The offer of a place to kip is always appreciated so that I can have a drink!!
