Great to see everyone today at TP, I think there was a record 21 cars before Burge left us. Hope you all got home safely and did Burge get home at all after getting lost in Sainsburys car park?!
Sorry we didnt see much of you all in the park, but Sandie felt a bit ‘out of the group’, having never met you before. Of course now she realises that some of you internet people are almost normal. In fact on the way home she said that it would have been better to stick together, that way she might have been able to go on the big scary rides with some of you, rather than be stuck with a wimp like me! :oops:
Luckily the weather held out, 20 topless cars plus Lyndons. :cry:
Thanks Julia for a fantastic day out. I hope Len, the official photographer, got some good pics. Looking forward to seeing the group photo.

thanks to Julia and co. for organising this meet and also just to say I enjoyed meeting everyone at last and I did enjoy myself very much and had a long chat with new chap Tim and all the others and the turn out made it every better, cant wait to see the pictures. :D :D

Yup same here, good to meet you all!

My quick meet round-up...

1. Julia never answers phone calls!
2. Julia doesn't know the difference between KFC and Burger King :P
3. The connection from the down-pipe to the cat convertor on my 306 has broken.
4. Kwik-fit say the entire cat needs replacing.
5. That costs over 350 quid
6. I said no cheers then drove it back up to Leeds...
7. ...with the windows open full so we didn't die of carbon monoxide poisoning
8. ...at 50-60mph so the connection didn't fall off totally.
9. It takes a long time to drive 300 miles slowly
10. It's embarassing being overtaken by a Skoda
11. 3 red bulls keeps you very awake!!
12. I'm sunburnt

That's it for the moment.. prob more when I can be bothered!

Yeah, it was great to meet everyone, sorry I didn't really say much, but i'm quite shy with peeps i don't know..... :oops:
but i am now in agony as both my arms and the back of my neck are bright red :cry: but it was an excellent day, maybe next time i'll actually speak!!!!!! lol

Hi guys! I totally agree with what has already been said - it was a great day (and very well organised, thanks Julia!) and it was nice to finally put faces to names!!

I am also looking quite red - especially my face!!!!
