Had a phonecall today (which I know some others have had) from Peugeot Customer Services asking how I rated the service from my dealer when it went in for its 20k mile service!!!
Hahahha I thought wahey!
I had the poor woman on the phone ages! Answered her questions with a 1-10 scale with 1 being the worst. Some of my answers were minus 1 with the majority being 1!
I think I did give them 2 for somethings but it never went higher!
Feel slightly satisfied now! :D

I've had a call from peugeot customer service also.
After a month i had the car that was. How good the service and the car was.
I rated my dealer pretty good.
So far they gave me pretty good service. Got rid of a tiny scratch and my squeaky brakes.
I had my mirrors, bonnet vents en sprayers(?) colored and 6 weeks later not paid for it yet  (the bill will follow they said when i asked if i could pay immediately...)

I had a questionnaire posted to me from some external survey company. I cleverly can't remember who they were at the moment but it had lots of detailed questions about the CC. Anyone else had one of these?

If it a new car you purchased it was probably the JD Power survey, they contact a percentage of new car purchasers, they are the main survey for reliability and satisfaction results go to manufacturers and motor press, very involved survey form 4 or 5 pages of detailed questions about faults problems etc.

If you get one always worth filling it in,

Think they are alos contacting second owners of cars under 18 months old as well now

If you have still got it, fill it in,

Its about the only thing the manufacturers take any notice of,

Be honest with it, don't put everything down as crap otherwise it gets discounted as a duff entry, lets face it everyone has found some good points!

Saying that when I got one for my Fiat Stilo 2.4 Abarth I found it very difficult to find anything to be nice about !!
