How long before you'd clocked up 6000 miles (1st service)

Rather frighteningly I've just clocked over 3,000 miles in the first 8 weeks!

Why this is scary to me is that the last car I had for almost 8 months and only did 7,000 miles.

I put the extra miles down to having to go longest country roads route everywhere and 40+ mpg being an incentive to drive for the sake of it (roof down, nice drive etc.) which you don't get with 22mpg hard top motoring :)

I'm at nearly 3000 in 5 weeks, so its gonna be soon!

Its just such a great drive, you have to take the longest route to get anywhere, so you can spend as much time as possible driving it.

Had my CC 6 months at the end of June and it has just had it's 6,000 mile service.

I used to be paranoid about clocking up miles in other cars but I can't resist driving this one!!

At the moment the cc is still keeping its value, so i dont mind doing a few (thousand) miles just for the sake of it. Hopefully this will continue long enough for me to still get good resale when the time comes to get a 406 coupe.

I am still amazed that i have found a car where the novelty hasnt worn off in under a year! :D

Well ok yeah - so the novelty HAS worn off i guess, but at least with this, if i had my cash back in my pocket, i'd still buy the same thing :D

The novelty hasnt worn off for me yet, and if I had the money back I'd certainly still have a CC
