Thanks for the advice Dave...I will bear it in mind - my only reservation is the "practicality" issue...

buy the 206 GTi (but make it the 180)

Or the standard 206 GTi

Or the MX5

Or a (J plate t bar shape) MR2 - i have driven the GTi version and is much fun :D
