I have notice over the past few weeks that my driver's side front window squeaks when it raises. And today I noticed it judder when it is raised or lowered.

Snap mine juddered at the bottom and squealed on it's way up and at the bottom on the way down. I wonder if it is anything to do with when my driver's door wouldn't shut properly (unless I slammed it) where the top of the glass would overlap at the top door seal and with a light push at the corner it would slip back inside the seal. Hence I am wondering if the glass is slightly distorted.

Mine too. Started about a month ago.
It must be a new Pug virus, similar to the one that infected all the manifolds a while back.
I must get round to trying the magic spray.

mine make a cracking noise as they are raisd up into the roof, then continue to crack for a bit till they settle in place...i reckon they are loos on their runners..or warped??

not a clue mate. i would say they will just do somin to the rubber. however he said it would be electricalshop looking at it. so maybe new motor? maybe the motors dont like the winter months. lol.
My passenger side window did the squeaky juddering thing for about 2 weeks one time after I had washed the car. It gradually got quieter and quieter and then stopped juddering.
I'm a bit more careful with where I throw the water on the windows now.
