13.49 Erm acknowledges that CB is only teasing and that Stephen should lighten up and not take things too seriously

13.50 CB admits he has been stirring things up to cause a bit of controversy and liven things up a bit...

13.50 stephen realises cb has been stirring recently and suggests he stops because its childish and it doesnt liven things up it just causes bad feelings on the forum which will deter new users

At this point i would like to put it on the record, that although i know of a couple of forum users who have registered under "false" names,
I for one am not one of them.

I tried the old "dual forum" thing with Speedboys site but it soon got boring. A bit like this conversation.

Stephen, I propose a truce, I have been trying (and it seems suceeding) to wind you up in order to court controversy. I have no problem whatsoever with you as an (unmet) person, or what you are trying to do with your website. It seems Erm has cottoned on to the fact that I am only teasing. The only problem I do have is as I have stated elsewhere, that with your avatar/links/signature/username I feel that you have taken/are taking the piss out of Lyndons good nature. I see Erm has removed all references from his profile...perhaps as a goodwill gesture to Lyndon you would consider doing the same? I feel sure that if your site has something to offer, people will visit. How does that sound??

i asked lyndons permission to add a url to my sig. lots of ppl have urls in their sigs so i dont see why i have to be different.

and i think a truce is in order as its just ruining the atmos on the forum

so let this be the end of it?
