Focus on the dot in the middle of the pic then move your head towards and away from the screen:
Concentrate on the 4 dots in the middle of the picture for about 45 seconds. Then close your eyes and tilt your head back. Keep them closed. You should see a circle of light. Continue looking at the circle:
