One of the blokes I work with reckons a McDonalds Cheese Quarterpounder sorts him out every time. He says its the saturated fat!!

My fave is 2 x 800mg Brufen tablets taken with flat Irn-Bru (it has to be flat though...)
Also, my mate swears by a Snickers bar eaten with a cup of strong sugary tea...bite a piece of chocolate and then sip the tea, let it melt in your mouth and then swallow. Instant cure by all accounts - never tried it, I don't cope well with solids after drinking

Firstly u gotta get some sort of breakfast (maccy d's or local greasy cafe is favourite)!
Then eat sugary sweets, I recommend Haribo Sour Mix.
And finally, hair of the dog!
Never believed anyone when they said it works, but it really does!! Although finding a drink u can handle even the smell of the next day can sometimes be a barrier

That is true, its similar to the way salt makes you feel thirstySomeone once told me that the reason you get a headache with a hangover is because you're so dehydrated that your brain actually shrinks slightly and pulls at the membrane ronud your skull.

Yeah having just come back from a weekend sailing I needed some kinda cure!
1) for the over consumed alcohol
