yes...you've got to make sure you're patched into the P1-55 at 50ghz (not 70 or you'll lose resolution) Then connect up your oscilloscope to the 21 pin port and crank it up to about 300 (400 may get results but will faze out before completion)
After about 10 minutes at this length, you are safe to push the speed up to but not exceeding 785rpm...be careful not to go over this though as your brackets may fuse losing all lateral smoothness.

Hope this helps :D

Ok, if paul doesn't post with the next few hours, maybe we should send an ambulance that way? Oh, what the hell... they probably hear the explosion themselves also... ;)

Paul - don't know what these guys find so funny...

If you get confused and need some help following my instructions feel free to message me or else we can talk about it in the pub on Friday night?

Er, so you're getting an Oracle "ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpwreset1" problem on a Solaris box? That's usually a shared memory problem isn't it?

Well the kernal parameter are set in /system/etc and will display with the sysdef command? Have you checked your memory configs - as is

Cheers

Jason

PS I don't have a clue what I'm talking about but Yahoo can turn anybody into an expext!

Err.. it depends what parameters you need to check as to where to find them ;)

Also check your Oracle event logs - you may find a previous error has triggered off this one.

Use google groups.. it's your friend ;)
