Pug vs Ferrari 360!

hi I went on a track day on Saturday

the Ferrari 360 is so fast AT THE TOP END it is amazing. It handles amazingly I went round a corner too fast and could feel each of the wheels independently correcting .. amazing.

I reached 140 in 4th gear .. and it has 6 forward gears!

Strangely though I also went in an EVO V and I reckon 0-60 it was about the same as the Ferrari.

Went in a 328 -- difficult to drive but what a rush -- could feel the adreneline in my legs!!

Did some cack off-road driving the less said about that the better.

But the worst thing is when I climbed back into my Pug .. I put my foot down (2.0 litre version) and nothing happens! It doesn't shoot up to 150 whilst making a roar that makes you go all tingly down the back of your neck.

Hey if everyone contributed a years salary to me .. I could buy me a Modena ... oh go on .. please !!

I guess if everyone was to contribute a year's salery you could buy at least two 360's........

So mine's a F1 spider in Nero with Rosso hide

...but I'll be real nice and collect it from Maranello

why modena? Ferrari is expensive, So i'll get the porchse 911 Turbo even at the same 0-60 with 360 plus it has 4wd system as well. Also it's cheaper than 360 Coz for ferrari you always pays more for it's stylings

1. Beacuse its a Ferrari.....Italian style and heritage... F1 .....Pininfariana

2. Because its not a Porsch. Porches may be a technically good but the Germans don't quite get the style bit

3. Because it won't get confused with a car costing half the price (a bit more if you want a CD player) or with 20 year old rust buckets

4. Beacause its not based on a 40year old design

5. Beacuse a Porsche don't look good in red

6. Because money ain't everything

Very Futuristic

Or if you don't mind the 1001 Bhp Bugati Veyron

But too bad the engine was overweight i think W16 with quad turbo. Pretty overboard stuff.

Btw i read the review on comparison of Ferrari Enzo Vs McLaren F1. As McLaren still the fastest by 0.1 sec than enzo. SO at least it's good to see there is some improvement in Ferrari from their F50 experience

That Modena is a masterpiece like most ferraris and .5 of a second faster than mine. I'd also love to try the 360 spider convertable version, yummie

Its addictive sticking your foot down at 90 and getting forced back into your seat
