Hi all

Just left my car at the zoo for them to check out a couple of things.
One of the things i wanted them to do was to adjust how the roof catches pull the roof in. At present when you do the catches up the left one really pulls the roof in and the right one latches but doesnt pull the roof in at all. I am concerned that after a period of time this is going to result in me having a twisted roof?
The monkey then told me that making adjustments isn't included in the warranty and is chargable. I tried to point out that as far as i was concerned it shouldn't have been like this when i got the car.

Any of you had this kind of problem? Did they end up charging?

Oh just say it was leaking, and therefore the catches need adjustinf to fix the leak?

The is some truth in what he says about adjustments not being covered by warrantee - apparently the pug dealer doesnt get paid properly, but that doesnt mean they dont have to do the work!
