Alarm - External Only Button

I've noticed that my CC doesn't appear to have this button, does anyone know my this might be?

Is this the button by the passenger airbag button on the drivers side. Though have to admit I haven't the slightest idea what it does!!?? or whether it works!!

I saw pics of other cars and also its in my manual but says only on certain spec

I have it on my SE as standard. There may be another way of disabling the internal sensors.. maybe pressing one of the buttons on the remote at a certain time?

I got it from a garage in west London, everything else seems to be UK spec except these 2 items mentioned
