got a postcard in the post today saying ...... we are pleased to inform you that "Clips" is now available. please contact the monkey farm (service department) at your earliest convenience as these parts are only reserved for 14 (scored out down to 5) days.
great i thought ! the "clips" that i knew nothing about are now in stock :rolleyes:
so i phoned the zoo up and asked what they were. oh they must have been from the last job it was in for and that's them just arrived, would you like to come in tomorrow to get them fitted ?
i asked WHAT ARE THEY FOR ? and got the same answer so i told the stupid cow that i wasn't driving 40 miles to get something fitted that even she didn't know what they were.
i told her to find out - this was at 11am and she said she would phone back. no call by 4pm so i phoned the zoo back. she said she was still trying to get hold of the job card and someone was looking for it - blind monkeys! :rolleyes:
she said she would phone again and never so i'll call the incompetent service receptionist tomorrow while i get my car serviced at a more competent dealership.
