Yeeeees. Another great day with the roof down!!! Yipee !!!

Driving down those winding lanes, warm wind on the face, (computer at my side - only joking) I've decided, *DON'T CARE ABOUT MY LEAKS ANYMORE!

Anyone else feel the same?

(you lucky Australian owners, you must feel like this nearly all of the time).

Robbie.

*Footnotes

1). the author of this post reserves all rights to think differently if it rains tomorrow.

2). to those two speeding idiots racing eachother recklessly past me on the wrong side of winding country roads yesterday. I know its hot and your testosterone levels are up - but just remember, its not ONLY your lives that your endangering.

Here in Bergen we also have sun and beautiful weather!

Yesterday the temperature here was even higher than at Mallorca (Spain), and the highest here since 1940.

Do we really need the ozon layer....?

Hi Robbie
have to agree with you!!! Whats a few squeakes and rattles and the odd bit of water when it rains, when you can go topless in the sun? Hopefully lots when summer really comes. ENJOY THE SUN thats why you chose a cc surely?

Hi Liz, your so right, have to say that when driving the cc today with the top down in the sun, leaks were the last thing on my mind - roll on sunny summer.

I have recently noticed in this lovely weather we have been having (26 according to car themometer yesterday?!) that there are very few other cabrio drivers with their roof down?! when out the other day we saw about a dozen cabrio's driving with their roof up and the only cars we saw with the roof down were 206cc!! do other manufacturers not supply instructions on putting the roof down? we even saw a golf cabrio (far superior just ask tv's "DRIVEL") with the ROOF UP but WINDOWS DOWN and the driver had his shades on :???:
As far as ours goes the roof has hardly been up in the last few days and it's been GREAT!!

When I took mine in for its 6,000 mile service one of the techs told me that he'd had another CC in for service and the owner had never had the roof down. It was a sunny day so he offered to put it down for her, she ummed and erred and turned him down saying she'd wait until she got home (?!)

I don't get people who buy convertibles but never use them as such!

Maybe you see other people in convertibles (other than CC's) with their roofs up because their roofs are broken too!?

(Trying to stick with the positive comments here!)

Poor Rob?

How can anyone with 3 206CCs and a 307CC on order possibly be described as poor?

Vince.
