I noticed that under one of the 2 "parts" that reside on top of the boot lid (if you know what I mean, that sort of boot rack bits where the actual boot rack attaches to) have lost the black paint, as if it has flaked off...

Anyone had problems with their paint?

Hopefully the monkeys will replace the whole bit under guarantee!

only problem i had there was a massive stone chip on the edge of the boot lid at the quarter window that i got after having the car a month. even when touched up u couldn't miss it as it was that deep - quality soft paint from pug

ecosse did a great job of respraying it.

Hi The Minel,
I have the exact same problem and guess what they told me? they said because I use jet wash to wash my car, which I shouldn't  ...??.. But they will do it because they are so nice .
It is so their "quality control" problem just don't admitt it. :x
