Eurovision Song Contest - love it or hate it?

Am I the only sad cow having a big party for Eurovision night? Having loads of people round (including a Greek guy, a couple of Aussies, a Polish girl, and three Spaniards) for an evening of alcohol induced hysterics listening to crap euro pop. I LOVE IT!! C'mon Jemini - bring it home for UK!!

when i was in malta a while back they were having their selection show ... it never made it onto the telly but rather was hosted in a big marquee in the middle.. was very intresting

well you're definitely not invited if you can't appreciate the wonderful cultural opportunity that is Eurovision! Don't worry my other half hates it too, he just puts up by getting off his face! (does the same with me too!)

The best and only way to watch Eurovision is with the subtitles on - funnily a lot of the songs just don't translate too well

Finland wasn't there in this year (which was good...pity that we are there in next year).
My favourites were Russia and Greece, Greece singer has a very big "lungs"
