My PC (Don't know what it is or what the components are - I'm a technophobe!!)
new toothbrush and toothpaste (god alone know's why! - especially since they've been there for months, and I use an electric toothbrush which is in the bathroom, and, she adds quickly, it is used daily!)
loads of bits of paper and post it notes
and last, but by no means least two model 206cc's in their boxes (one black and one silver!!) - gotta love eBay!!
What have you on your computer desk?

A maid is a good idea, they're great around the house - but who's going to clean up the mess?!(eh... it's not allways like this, only after a couple of eh... days  not cleaning. Must get meself a maid perhaps)
Reminds me of a joke:
Q: Why did a man have his house made backwards?
A: So he could watch the television....
