I received my CC this week here in OZ and am very happy with it except for one unusual feature.

Whilst the car is a right hand drive model the wipers are as for left hand drive with the result that the passenger gets a great view in the rain but not so the driver.

This seems an unusual and obvious oversight.

Is this something which I can get attended to aftermarket?

I personally don't have a problem at all with visibility. I think to change the set up would cost big time.

Don't you have the RHD 'adapter' fitted? It's the little box that modifies the stroke of the driver's side wiper so it clears more of the windscreen. Still leaves the top right corner unwiped but it's better than nothing.

I guess that I do. The the top right corner is unwiped, but the wiper clears the part of the windscreen that it sweeps.

I found it unusual, but I don't notice it restricting visibility. When it's raining, have a look through that area and see if what you're not seeing is important. I find the position and width of the A-pillar more of a visual restriction.

I prefer it that way, I have other cars where the passenger side wiper stops its upper stroke right in front of my field of view and it always leaves a noticeable line of water which doesn't happen in the 206cc setup, the radius on the top driver side is not a problem.

one other good point is that you don't have to put the driver side window up when using the washer/wipers.

This is really odd since it's not all Peugeot models which have the wipers the "wrong way" around! All the 206es I've seen had LHD wipers but I think it was a 406 which has correct wipers for RHD and I think the 306 has Merc style wipers which would suit either LHD or RHD.

Wonder why they didn't bother with the 206?
