Factory vs aftermarket leather

I have got factory fitted leather and in future if buying another Peugeot would definitely get aftermarket. My friend has got a Golf V6 4Motion and the leather in that is a lot better quality than the Peugeot although to be fair it is about Â£500 more but definitely worth it. My dealership had a cayman green in the showroom one time with a Connolly leather special job done for a lady who subsequently cancelled her order! and that was a lot better quality leather.

It was one of the reasons why i choose for my Roland Garros.
The leather in my car seems to be of a better quality then that of the other models... But maybe it just seems that way.

your right, in my old 206 Roland Garros the leather seemed a much higher grade and was thicker so it took more force/pressure to scratch it, not like the steering wheel of my CC as it's well and truely scratched/scuffed to death by the Autolock 2000 that i use to try and protect my CC
