Hello, i am from the Netherlands. Since the 22th of march we have bought a 206cc. This monday i drove about 60 kph. I was braking for a traffic light. While i went to the second gear, suddenly all the meters went to zero and all the warnings lights went on. Then i was in 2nd gear and i gave some gas then suddenly all the warning lights went out and the meters were working again. I had some music on, so i don't know if the engine made some strange noises or felt out. If i had not looked to my dashboard at that moment, i think that i didn't notice this error at all. Has somebody also experienced this before ?
(sorry for my crappy English)
Bye,
Wai

Hairdon:
Please post follow ups when you get some answers.
I have had several stange experiences with the warning lights and the electronics.
Once I had stopped the car, turned off the key switch and I had the keys in my hand ready to leave the car. And then for a short moment several of (or maybe all?) the warning lights was flashing...
How can this possible happend?

Hello David,
The dealer called me this morning and they cannot really understand the problem at this moment and they have to contact more people about it.
But the car will be checked and tested on the 18th of april the whole day long.
At this moment the car has only 320 km on the meter. So i have to drive more, see if the problem is getting back.
I will post more if i get some answers on the 18 th of april...or mayby earlier.

Wai

The same thing happened to me the other day for all of about 2 seconds. I didn't cause me any grief so I'm not too fussed. I'll mention it to my dealer when I take it in for a service. It's on a long list of little annoyances, such as:
- squeaky windows
- squeaky brakes
- slow leaking tyre
- engine rattle/whirring at revs
- gearbox isn't as smooth as I'd like it
Notice the most important one is missing - LEAKS. Looks like I'm one of the lucky ones in that regard so I am willing to live with the annoyances in the short term!
Kirk.

I've had it happen to me a couple of times, and my Girlfriend nearly had a heart attack when it happened to her, but it seems to have stopped now...
Also had the weird thing with the rear window not winding, and the boot not locking down properly when doing the roof. Hope that's my quota of gremlins used up!
