I am deciding which 206CC to order and want the leather interior. This adds the side airbags apparently. Does the passenger airbag off switch de-activate the side airbag as well as the front? Can someone check their manual for me?
(I need if for baby seat in the front if you're wondering)
thanks
Can I de-activate the passengers SIDE air bag

The reason you deactivate the passenger airbag is to stop the bag hammering into the baby and breaking its neck.
Side airbags are there to cushion the car frame and reduce its impact on you; not to cushion you. Therefore, they do not impact into the baby and should be safe to use.
If they weren't safe to use, they'd be just as unsafe for a kid in the back because they fire to the side, not the front.
