seanyboy,

i think i know where broxburn is - 10 miles from whitburn

i was thinking of a windstop, especially after a few days this week with the roof down.

what is putting me off is the fact you need to remove it - if u r lucky enough to fit someone in the back which is a bit of hassle and i also think it would take the look away from the CC.

derek

Seanyboy, difficult to say if my windstop enhances the car or not, it seems to me to turn the appearence of my Pug into more of a two seater as it hides the back seats. I wouldn't say it detracts from the car, but then I've got a black one and it does seem to blend in well.

Of course they are great for dramatically cutting down the wind turbulance at speed especially on the motorway but thats with the side windows up. I still get that wind in the hair feeling with the windows down even with a windstop fitted.

It takes me about 30 seconds to remove and store in the boot when my daughter sits in the back.

Robbie.

Ah but Derek, it is also a time saver.

Just for when you cant be bothered to put something in the bpoot when you leave the car. The windbreak helps to hide the stuff you leave on the back seat. Hopefully reducing the chance of someone breaking into your car to nick the stuff.

Used my backs seats nearly all the time instead of the boot
