Rattle...

Hi All,

I was out this weekend with the top down cruising.....when all of a sudden I started to hear a "rattle" coming from the front of the car. My sister (who was in the car with me at the time) is sure that the noise is coming from under the bonnet, but I think its coming from within the dashboard! Its not very loud, but noticeable..... :shock:

Now I know it could be any number of things, but thought I would ask on here to see if there was any "well known rattle" problems with the 206cc!

Taking it to the dealers on Thursday for them to investigate :cry:

Can't complain really......had it 2 weeks with no problems....must be some sort of record :lol:

no sure what it could be, perhaps peugeot have built in a new er niggle :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Well, I found the "Rattle". Luckily it was nothing wrong with the car. The Rattle was self inflicted...fortunately I located it and repaired it before I took it to the dealers!

I bought an Aluminium Aerial, and the shaft of the Aerial had become loosened off, and was "rattling" around. A quick tighten, and the noise was gone!! :oops: Could've been very embarrassing if I had of taken it to the dealership! :lol:

Well, time for some "noise" free cruising! 8)
