Just received my V5 birth certificate from DVLA for my new "CC"
She is moonstone but they have noted her colour as being silver. Does this sound right? Maybe I'm thick but I thought she was pale blue... Perhaps its something to do with the info Peugeot supply to DVLA?
What colour have other "Moonies" got stated on their V5's?
Me too...I had a Mk1 Astra the same colour as this forum. It too was on my logbook as being "red"...
Being a Wolves fan i convinced myself it was "Old Gold"!!!
Hi, I work in a garage and the colours are always slightly off on V5's. It is all dependant upon the eyes of the registering person. Moonstone to one person is blue, to someone else it is nearer to silver.
The DVLA only allow basic colours on the V5 so the nearest main colour is used. Blue or silver both are perfectly ok to describe moonstone.
When my V5 arrived from DVLC my lovely 206CC was recorded as a 206 3 door saloon . I was not impressed and it went straight back for amendment, I can tell you.

was the for the colour of the car or being a wolves fan?
For 206CC automatic roof devices check out

Aha... We've only got part 1,2 and 3. Where part 2 stands for the ownership.
And a tax disc? That must be visible in the UK? so you can see it's insured or something?
