MULTIPLEX - strange thing

Well the 406 loan car has multiplex and i noticed a funny thing tonight.

I was braking hard and started to indicate, I let go of the stalk and the main beam came on and wouldnt go off for over a minute.

Another one is that the horn doesnt work every time.

This multiplexing aint 100% in my opinion. Has bugs in the software - take it from someone who knows about putting bugs in software

I agree, I have a few concerns about delays due to multiplexing especially the horn, not instant and sometimes doesnt work.

Also has NE 1 had any glitches with the oil level indicator? some days shows full others half or even once it indicated empty and got a warning to stop the engine.

One night all of the guages stopped working next morning they were fine.

all my guages stopped working, only for a couple of seconds though as I drove my new cc home. Hasnt done it since though!

Well Tzag, we do it for Microsoft XP Home edition so why not Peugeot?

Mine's just been in to have the problem with dying guages fixed today (bit scary when it happened at 70 down the motorway as it meant the headlights went off too). They reckon they've reloaded the software and that's it's cured the problem, but my oil indicator shows it's now only half way compared with full when it went in which looks supicious!
