Well, Motorpoint of Derby have just rang me to say that they can do me a new 206cc 2.0 SE with black leather interior for £14696 on the road.
I know this is cheaper than buying from a uk main dealer, but is this a reasonable price to pay for an import? Is seems slightly more expensive than I'd expected.
Is this a good price to pay for a new 206cc?

Don't understand Motorpoints prices! I got mine (2.0 SE with leather) last Thursday (ordered three weeks before) for £13,950 on the road. I guess it could be a combination of supply and demand and exchange rates but that does seem a little high. There's a few people posted on here recently saying they just got or just ordered from motorpoint. Maybe their source is running dry?

I am waiting for mine from Motorpoint....ordered it 2 weeks ago and it should be arriving this week or next.
Paid £14250 on the road for an SE with leather....the prices do seem to fluctuate but yours is still a bargain compared to a dealer! I'd do some more shopping about though, you can't lose. (Although Motorpoint's reputation did count for a lot with me...)
I mentioned the "Motorpoint" word to a dealer once I'd driven his demonstrator and never heard from him again despite promises to check availability and get back to me the next day....funny old thing...

If you want a really cheap import price, do what I did.
Went to the Pug dealer in Calais last year and got a SE with black leathetr for 13,200. The only problem that I have with it is the squeekly brakes.
Slowly getting more P%&**& off with it. Any solutions, like new pads or discs.
Also after some chrome rollover hoops. Can anybody help.
