Persuaded my mother (72) not to put seat covers on her new car.

"I don't want to get my seats dirty" she says!

"MUM you gonna pay for a new car only to ride around in naff seat covers that look crap compared to the seats - an let some second hand car owner enjoy your new seats after you take a trade in loss?"

I finally persuaded her - but I'll put this to the vote.

Robbie I totally agree, why on earth do people put seat covers on just to make them look like new when the car in sold so they hope to get better trade in value what a load of rubbish and I thinks it a waste of time and makes the car look awful. Sorry to everyone for rabbiting but heres my 2 pence worth, your mother should enjoy the car and drive in comfort and forget about the person who has the car when sold on.

:yuck: Not that I would ever fit seat covers to my cc :yuck:

But what ones can you get that can be used with the cc

:?: Surely with the side impact airbags normal seat covers are a no no :?:

:yuck: I hate Seat Covers, But...

I will be purchasing Seat covers this weekend.
would use Seat covers to protect my leather from my Dog/cat/Kids (not that I actually own any kids, yet :( ) and anything else during that odd day out in the forset or something.

After that, they will be straight OFF. 8)
