I am currently the proud owner of a 306gti but fancy a 206cc for a while. What's the best value I can expect? I've seen brand new cc se's at motorpoint for 12,995, is this a fair price? Should I be looking 2nd hand?
What are residuals like?
Are the leaky roofs as bad as they seem after reading the forum here?!

Great board by the way, tried www.tt-forum.co.uk as well which is just as good  but obviously no CC info there ;)

SO, any advice for a potential buyer??

cheers...Steve

Steve,
to some extent it depends what you are looking for, it seems that the imports that are for sale may not be as loaded as you'd expect, some people have found that for instance the imports dont come with the sport pack even though they are meant too.
I think the book price for a 2nd hand cc ... a year old is around 13g depending on reginal variations ... mines got a dvd head unit, full ice build new 18 inch rims and a cpl of other bits soo if i was to try and sell i'd put it on for a tad more than that (also got 2 years warrnety left) ... go on make me an offer ;)

I#m not sure what I want yet!:)
Defo a 2.0ltr and leather, other than that what are the options?
I think some of the alloys I've seen look a little small so if there a 17/18" option with lowering that would be nice but not essential. I assume this kind of setup is pretty rare though.?!

My SE came from Motorpoint and has EXACTLY what it says on the (UK) tin :D They said it wouldn't have an alarm though, so I booked it in for a £500 Clifford, picked my car up - and it does! So now it has two :D Robocar

Happy 1000th post Pauline . Has your Clifford got blackjax and if so how does it work , not in a techy sense just from your point of view?

Yes it has, it's fantastic and you quickly get used to it :D But I have to turn it off when it goes for a service or all hell breaks loose
