Got the chrome hoops this morning. :D
Just spent a few mins of lunch time fitting them, nice. 8)
One question, are they handed, I cant get them to sit flush on the back pannel, there is a small gap under one side of both of them.
I dont have time to try swapping them round at the moment.

No. You will get a slight gap under one side of each.

Ok thanks for that, Ill leave them as they are. I can live with it, the gap is only slight, probably seems worse when your up close fitting them.

I got some thin black rubber O rings which fill the gap nicely.
Picked them up from the local car spares shop for a couple of pence. Meant i had to take the hoops off and on again. But looks better.

You can get to the rear hoops without taking the whole seats off. Just push the back of the seats up and outwards and that should give you enough room to change them and refitting is just the reverse. Hope tht makes sense. I'm sure Lyndon has pictures of the procedure somewhere.
