I have a 'raspy' sound on the engine just after the peak of a rev. Also there is a 'bumbling' noise that seems to be coming from the back box of the exhuast... does this suggest a problem with tuning or a hole in the exhaust do you think?

Sorry - what does "peak of a rev" mean?

When you rev the engine and then just as the revs start to drop back down.

Ah, I see. Any particular rev range, or just at any point?

Hey how's it going.

I get the same problem with my cc. Seems to happen when I drive the car after it has been sitting for a couple of hours. There is like a raspy sound comes from the engine somewhere when i accelerate. It seems to diappear though after the car has been running for about 5-10 mins.

Any ideas???

Does the 'bumbling' noise appear about 2.5k revs?
