Well didn't get waxed as my mate took it off to have a look at the squeaky brakes.
Apparently I had no lube, so has now been copper greased! (the brakes!!)
err .. what does that mean?? wouldnt grease stop you from braking?

Well obviously it wasn't greased on the inside of the pad :rolleyes: . However the metal bit on the outside that pushes the pad needs a bit of grease when it moves, otherwise it will squeal.
However this could only be temporary, and if squeal continues I will just get some more pads (not from Pug!!). Lots of different manufacturers and compounds, so just a case of find one that doesn't 'sing' when you stop!
Anyway the grease seems to have stopped the squeal for now!
