Service near Gatwick

Can anyone give me any recommendations or horror stories for servicing in the Gatwick/Crawley area.

Can't help you with Crawley/Gatwick but if your willing to travel a few extra miles Becks of Brighton have an excellent reputation both with customer service and CC servicing as they did with my old CC - the "Dealers" - good or bad thread should reflect this.

I've got my first service next week at Crawley Down Peugeot in Crawley. I bought my Pug from there, so I hope they are OK - I haven't heard any horror stories about their servicing, so I'm hoping it will be pain free

I've not been there myself yet but I'd say go to Crawley Down rather than Broadbridge Heath. I went there a couple of weeks ago for 6k service and was not impressed. They 'didn't have time' to look at something that I asked them too and the service spanner is still on on the dashboard. They seemed more interested in demanding my receipt for the car (an import you see) Also having checked the levels after the service both the PAS fluid and the coolant were only half full. :x so I didn't take the receipt so they can't claim for work it appears they didn't do

Thanks all. Have booked into Crawley Down as I took my test drive there and they were good - the guy just took a copy of my license and then gave me the keys for a couple of hours!!
