No hoops again at Ecosse and after promising a delivery this week they now say they have no idea when any more are coming in.....

Someone somewhere has got to get their act together....how can any business promise customers that things are going to be in when they don't even know themselves.

Come on Ecosse, stop lying to us and just tell us straight from the start...

You have no idea what is happening and never had!

I am just feeling angry as I have only just started buying things for my CC and I have a 100% record for orders being bu**ered up so far....all from Ecosse!

Derek, I know its not your fault with the hoops and I am grateful for you trying to sort things.

Not very happy and definitely not using them for my lexus lights!!!

Better get ordering your xmas pressies now from them for xmas delivery!

Well I've got a 100% record for orders being fine from Ecosse. One clear fog lamp ordered on Tuesday, one clear fog lamp received on Friday.

I was in a really good mood before, had the top down on the car, knew the hoops were on the way, looking forward to sorting my car out at the weekend.....

Now I am really P*ssed Off!

I know you are p***** off Andy but keep smiling :P

Ecosse had an expected delivery date and the supplier hasn't fulfilled it. The problem is that the supplier is French and they don't really speak English so communication isn't that great. Ecosse are only giving out info based on what they believe to be true.

I spoke to Gav this afternoon at Ecosse and he said he had faxed the supplier and is awaiting a reply.

I will let you know when I know more.
