Hi
I've got the windstop..
If your gonna have the roof down you have to get one - looks the muts and really does stop the draughts...
It folds flat and is stored in the boot (even comes with its own bag).
If its fitted it fills the space where the back seat is so dont think about getting anyone in the back (unless theyre laying down)

Willie,
You can put the seats all the way back with the windstop in and it takes seconds to take in and out. It is also extremely effective and although expensive is worth it. It also makes the car look like a natty little 2 seater with it in. Wouldn't be without it now!

I'm 6'3" + and there is just no way I can pull my seat all the way back, the windstop doesn't allow this as it rubs against my seat/headrest.
Its a little frustrating, because with the windstop in, I can push the seat most of the way back and it's a nearly comfortable driving position (and a totally comfortable position when its removed).
With the windstop fitted, you can still get extra luggage onto the rear seat, but no children, as it restricts height above the rear seats. Infact, with the windstop fitted, the car very much looks like a two seater, rather than the four seater it is.
Because the windstop is so effective, I prefert to leave it on all the time for whenever I lower the roof. I even drove my mother in it the other day with the roof down and when we eventually stopped, all her new hair do was totally intact without a scarf (thankfully - not bad the way I drive).
Hope this also helps,
Robbie

The wind-stop is a useful bit of kit and works well. It's very easy to detach and fits neatly into the boot (slightly less so with a spare wheel in there, too).
When it is in position, you can put the base of the seat all the way back but the back of the seat has to be fairly upright.
With the roof down and the windows and swind-stop up there is practically no wind in the car. Only (what's left of) the hair on top of my head gets ruffled. A stack of Sunday papers on the passenger seat aren't ruffled in the slightest.
Stangely, my five year old daughter loves to sit under the wind-stop when it is in position.
Vince.
