1/4 mile times

Anyone ever taken there CC onto a 1/4 mile strip?

How did u get on? What kinda times did u get?

I went to crail aceway on sunday and took the car on the strip for the first time! Was really dissapointed cause I was so slowww!

Best time was 17.9 secs and thats in the 2litre! Hopefully go on a quieter day and get in more practise, just wondering if anyone else has times?

i would expect 16s 1/4 to be honest.

was hoping for thimes in the 15secs range really!

Dont think its the cars fault, think its my driving!

Kept wheelspinning when taking off, and think Im too slow on gear changes!

Was mega busy day as it was a fastcar day so I only got 4 runs! Gonna go on a quieter day and practise!

yeah but i have been in a few 2 litres

julias, pauls, chloes....... they werent exactly fast :rolleyes: well not compared to the evo i've been in

sounds like the jealousy coming out there erm

...... i only have a puddle jumper so i'll make out that the superior engine isn't too good :rolleyes:

that wud be cause u were driving like colin mcrae like u usually do!!!!

nothing to do with the speed of the car

and dont make me mention MISSED GEARS!!!
