Jacobs was bought out by Nabisco, who in turn was bought by Kraft. Kraft and Danone are owned by Altrica Inc. (formerly owned as Philip Morris). So there !!

The answer is, of course, Jacobs. The fact that they're owned by a parent company is irrelevant. The question was "Which company make Ritz Cheese Sandwichs?"
Just call me Captain Pedantic.
