As a self-confessed "burgerholic" and the worlds number one fan of McFlurries...mmmm mcflurry (don't make me start all that again!) I must confess I have not eaten a fast food burger from either establishment since before xmas. This was after reading a book called "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser (isbn 0-141-00687-0) It is scary stuff. I have travelled the world extensively and eaten McD's and BK in too many countries to name. I never really wondered why it all tasted the same no matter where you are. This book gives an in-depth study into this particular industry and i thoroughly recommend it. I'm not saying I'll never et another burger but its certainly made me think.....
