think ive solved the riddle

I own two wheel rerurbishing companys, wheel repair it and wheel fix it.

I operate the wheel repair it van, hence my name

My other van is based in cambridge,on speaking to my monkey, sorry, van operator,it turns out that his van was in a pub car park in cambridge on sunday afternoon.

Therefore we can asume that Rw essex dosent know when essex ends and cambridgeshire starts.

Was that the trees a rustling?
Or the hinges on the gate?
Or Peter's ghostly wheel paint
A rattling in the crate?
