I left my car with the garage over the weekend, dropped it in on friday and picked it up yesterday.

I don't know about you guys but i always make sure it is nice and clean before i drop it off there, i like to give a good impression, don't want them thinking i don't look after it.

When i picked it up it was covered in mud, looks like they took it down to a farm!!! The bloke said they took it for a road test to make sure the noises had stopped.

Would have thought they could clean it!!

Last time mine went to the dealer for a small leak fixing I asked them to do me one of those twenty quid winter check thingies. They didn't charge me for it and cleaned the car to boot!

Burge

P.S. The leak was fixed too!!!

now Burge, stop telling fibs about them fixing the leak, you just know its not true.

You must just have the hots for monkey so making him look good, cos everyone knows they cant tie there shoe laces let alone fix anything.

is that in essex ? if so thats where the "forum member" pugsella worked as a salesman. he more or less said peugeots were crap - no wonder their service is the same.

if that isn't the same dealer then it's the same group as he worked for toomeys or whatever they're called.

people say i have a memory like an elephant as i don't forget much

Indeed you are an elephant! :D
His name is pugsella and he works at the basildon branch of toomeys (essex). Hopefully they'll torch the brentwood branch now.
Both branches must of attended the same customer services course!

Yes I do have a good dealer. They have fixed both of my leaks which were unrelated. They are always pleasant and I never have to ask for a courtesy car they just presume I want one and supply it. I have never ever had to get angry with them as they always do what is required.

Peter Ambrose in Castleford, West Yorkshire.

Can't recommend them enough.

HONEST

Burge

P.S. This is my opinion they don't pay me and I know no-one will believe me but what the heck!!
