Hi Everyone, I orginally ordered my CC in platinum silver, and was informed that there's a moonstone CC available next week for me or I have to wait another 2 month to get a silver one. Just wondering could anyone tell me are they look quite different on road or what? which color you prefer??

Personally I much prefere the Platinum Silver. Although the Moonstone looks nice it seems very blue in some lighting. It depends on what you prefere mate not what other people as its your car.

both colours are nice. mines is platinum silver with red & black leather and my second choice was moonstone with black leather.

as people have said, it's a matter of personal taste and if you like it and can get it quicker then i would recommend moonstone.

regards

derek

p.s. i liked aegean blue too but the 206 i had was sapphire blue.

I liked the moonstone very much when I saw it, sort of had a subtle change of colour between silver - light blue depending on the light and the angle you looked at it. Very nice, probably a little more difficult to keep up a clean appearance as the silver in winter weather (with mud and that) because as I said, moonstone seems a very subtle colour. When the suns out and the paintwork's clean, moonstone seems to really sparkle!

Well that's my thoughts, anyway, what do I know, I went and chose black!

Thanks for all the advices, thought I would go for this moonstone rather than waiting for another 2 month. wow, I couldn't believe I am becoming a CC owner soon!!!!
I placed the order in last December in Australia, only 10 weeks waiting!!!!!!

I find myself in a similar position, trying to choose between moonstone and silver. Went to a dealer to look at the two, and must confess that they looked quite similar outside in the sun.
Incidentally, that was at Straightway, and Mark Drake happened to mention that one of their 5 cc customers had found a leak...!Commiserations, Frosty. At least you've got a good relationship with Peugeot Australia, which should help. btw, you mentioned that the moonstone is perlescent - does that cost the same as metaliic paint?
Thanks for the helpful advice so far. This forum has been a much better help than our dealer who doesn't appear to know much about the cc.

pearlescent is the same cost as metallic - currently £275 in the UK
