Has anyone else had problems with the indicator not staying on?
I have problems when it indicates left. I am told it's a worldwide problem affecting 206's and 307's. No parts in Australia so the wait is extensive....

Cheers,

James :D

Yes I have a real problem - both of them are intermittant. One moment they're on, the next they're off and so on.

Sorry, couldn't resist that! In all seriousness I haven't had a problem other than that the click, click, click sound of the indicators isn't loud enough and the seating position doesn't allow you to readily see if they're on or not. I can live with that, although from time to time I have been trunling along oblivious to my indicator being on.
Cheers

my only other problem with indicators, apart from the fact that they don't always work, is it's almost impossible to do. You knwo, one hand for the cigarette, one to change gears, steer with the knees, accelerate, brake, stuff my mouth with fries.......

I think we need automatic indicators, like the auto lights and wipers...

LOL Nice one James.

No problem with them not staying on with mine. I've the same trouble as Frosty in that I often accidentally leave them on after changing lanes cos the sound isn't loud enough to be heard. I can see the indicator lights on the dash but they don't show up all that brightly with all this SUN 8) :D

Frosty, how come you can't see them in your driving position? If it's your steering wheel hiding the indicator lights, can't you just adjust it?

Amazing how quickly I've gotten used to indicators on the left though. I got back in my Telstar TX5 today and was in all sort of trouble  Indicators, back to auto, ...

MAtt it's definitely the wheel poisition but I like it low - so a compromise. Probably should reevaluate and test it in a higher position.

Ah OK. Give it a try I reckon, cause I'm sure it won't be hard to get used to. I was surprised today at how different my driving positions are in the CC and the TX5, without even having realised.
