Ok, so I should have known that it was too good to be true! I have had my CC for one week and in the awful weather that we have had lately I have noticed much to my dissapointment that there is a drip on the drivers side where the roof folds. I know that this is a common problem but what I would like to know is where I can find the document on how to fix this on the site. I know that it did used to be under 'stuff' but I cannot find it anywhere!

Just thought that I would let you know that I have booked my car in to be looked at next week so I will let you know how I get on.
The good (?) news though is that the girl from the dealership who sold me the car also bought one at the same time and they were built just a couple of weeks apart. When I went to see her she said that she is having the same problem with hers and they are going to sort her car out as well.
Hopefully as she has the same problem they might get this sorted out first time for me!!

Well, picked my CC up today from the garage (they took it in yesterday) and they think that they have fixed it (although I still need proof for myself!) However, I was really angry when I picked it up . . . .
It had been parked with the front end up on the kerb and another car parked millimetres to it's bumper.
It was filthy - the paintwork had greasy finger marks on it and the black plastic had water marks on it.
The inside was just as bad - there were grubby marks on the roof lining and greasy marks on the plastic above the window.
I obviously went mad and they have offered to clean it at my convenience (the earliest being the weekend as they aren't local).
I am not a happy bunny . . .

ask for more than a free clean - they should be taking far better care of your car when it's in their possession. write to their head office if you don't have any luck.

ditto what alex says but at the end of the day, "demand" what you want and make sure you get it.
i don't have a problem with my dealer as basically they now know better than to annoy me (i'm easily annoyed). the arguement process was boring as always but they get the message in the end
