I won't post the reg plate but I'm guessing this CC belongs to a Lucy. it's Aegean Blue and saw it today parked in the 3 horseshoes pub in Headingley, but I've also seen it around the area for a while. Anyone know whose this is?

Aha, a fellow Leedsarian! I work in Ilkley and often also see a silver CC with front SP grill which must be owned by an Ang - seen that one too?

There are actually quite around Ilkley - probably the run around cars when the owners decide that they can't be bothered to drive their Ferraris ;)

Is the silver CC with front SP grill usually driven by a blonde? If so then yes I think ive seen her.

I work in the city centre and usually see quite a few CC's driving up and down Kirkstall road on my way to and from work

Yep that's the one, small world! Saw a silver CC yesterday on Leeds ringroad - we stared at each other's cars & smiled ;)

Sad isn't it!

Does the novelty ever wear off?

OK I'll keep an eye out then! I've got an Aegean blue 2.0 with front SP grill. I live in North Leeds and work up in Ilkley so trundle up & down the A65 every day.

Erm,

I would be interested if and when you come to sell them. They are the ones that come with the 2.0 CC aren't they? Was saving up for headlights next but if I had new wheels I could then have an excuse for those nice wheel arch extensions!!!

burge ... get some 3rd party alloys then your car will be unique and to your own style. Go up to LarkSpeed in Bradford (by the job center / yorkshire water buildings) and take a look....

whats does a southerner know about Bradford i here you cry ..... well I've worked at yorkshire water loads of times !

Paul_y3k,

I haven't really seen any wheels that I like as much as the ones that comes with the 2.0, I really think they suit the car and if Erm is offering them at the right price I may have to go with that one. Thanks a lot for the advice though I might go and have a look in Bradford anyway. Any excuse to go somewhere in the CC!!!

Fortunately getting horse shoes fitted is a lot easier although a lot more expensive over a year. My blacksmith has just put his prices up for refitting shoes to £43 + vat and that is every six weeks! Every 12 weeks she needs new shoes which is about 8 quid more!!
