ok it seems that mine are getting alot worse. dunno why. i am drinking the same as what i was before 2.


any1 got any cures. i know water is the real cure, but i need somin thats instant lol.

my mate says if u fall of a horse get back on it. but i cant even go 1h without vomiting. and i mean the yellow stuff 2. (stomach lining). and its only the past few weeks so it cant be age because its all of a sudden.

I find it depends where I drink ... city centre pubs give me a bad hangover.... I think they must do something ...humm like not cleanthe pumpsproperlyor something .... drink in your friendly local is what I say .. or stick to bottles .. they are weak :), I can stay sober on budweiser all night - oh yeah dont touch alcopops they are the devils breath ... or was that woodpecker cider?

nope it's gotta be an age thing ..... for the fisrt time ever I'm startign to get get the 12 hr horrors the following day. Ohh how i laughed when my older mates would stop drinking before they had fallen over cause they didn't want to waste the following day .....

allthough if i stay of the sambucha i'm normally ok .... hmmm defo have to expereimnet some more methinks.

It helps if you eat something as well as drink water but theres no substitute for drinking 2 pints of water before you go to bed, stops the dehydration which is the cause of hangover.
