Please make the noises stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin. (going to dealer next week thank god)

-Very dodgy knocking from front when going over bumps (seems to be the left hand side)

-Knocking and rattling from back (2 seperate noises I think)

-Drivers window out of line, can push it in about 10mm when door is shut.

-The dreaded squeaky brakes.

-Squeaky brake peddle. (the most anoying noise)

-Poor running when cold, very sluggish, no power and a lumpy tickover.

-Power steering does not work when started from cold!!!! The first movement of the wheel has no assistance whatsoever, then it kicks in and is fine. (I have found this dangerous several times)


The car looks great though. Why did I ever even look at a Megane Cabrio?

Any ideas on the above for me to throw at the dealer would be great.

I have the same sort of noise on the left hand side each time I go over bumps or along country roads. The last time is was in the garage they said they had tightened the roof to see if that helped as they could hear the noise but couldn't identify where it was coming for & it was

One of those things that happened with convertables & was a case of put up with it

. So if they fix yours let me know.
