For all those trying to lose weight in the new year try Slimming World diet or better still join a class. A few of my mates have joined this year with me (they are all blokes!!) and they swear by it. I have lost a stone and it has been easy as you can eat loads and loads and loads etc. To quote my cynical mate who wasn't going to shame himself by going to "Fat Club"
"So if you save all your sins (little extras allowed on diet so you don't die of boredam) till Friday night you can drink 21 bottles of Stella on this diet and still be within the rules? Where can I join?"
It really does work!!

Well, they don't have to be nice, naughty would be just as good . . .
