I take it that you have a 1.6 Auto? Is it when revs goes up just when the gear about to shift up and it stop ticking after that until you goes thro same cycle again? mine too..
I've driven 206XT , same engine same thing, and on 307 as well same engine same thing.. so i guess its 'normal'. When it first happen to me on the 206XT (first time driven a peugeot) i take it back to the dealer, seem imposible to explain the 'problem' to them and hard to prove it because sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt.

Hi Dazza,
I'm sure one of the members here who has had their CC for a while will be able to answer your question soon. Not sure myself.
Thought I'd just let you know it's generally considered SHOUTING! if you leave your caps lock on when you're posting on forums etc. Best if you save capitals for when you're ANGRY or VERY HAPPY or something, as some people get annoyed by it.

going by memory, the 2002 spec models (trip computer etc..) were produced from some date in oct 2001 onwards. maybe you just missed out".
Yes Dazza, Derek is right, the trip computer auto lights/wipers appeared in the 2002 models built from Oct 2001 onwards, looks like you've just missed out with your 51 plate by only a few months.
Don't worry about the caps lock as your new so no-ones gonna be offended.
Robbie.

Sounds to me more like friendly advice preventing anyone else getting mad, than telling off!Thought I'd just let you know it's generally considered SHOUTING! if you leave your caps lock on when you're posting on forums etc. Best if you save capitals for when you're ANGRY or VERY HAPPY or something, as some people get annoyed by it.
