Anyone good at massage?

Yep woke up this morning and put my back out. In TOTAL agony and anyone that has done the same will know how I feel.

TOTAL agony and unlike any pain I know off.
Laying on my back is one of the most comfortable positions but I had to come and say - I hope you all had a good Christmas.
Also if anyone can so sports massage or cure pain in my lower back - you are welcome!!!!

Going to lie down now and take some more NUROFEN!!!!

My wife is not only a qualified sports massage therapist AND a relaxation massage therapist, but her prices are very cheap and she can do home visits. Unfortunately she is in Scotland until 28th Dec. If you're interested Julia, drop me a line.

Least I get a few sensible replies.

Yep you can see at the time it is 3.34am UK time and I am awake. I can't sleep because there is no position (no jokes pls Zetec!) that is comfy.
Whether its on my back, front, side, on the floor or whatever.

So after wondering about the house for a few hours and wondering what I could do I thought I could sit on here and talk to myself as all you others would be nicely tucked up sleeping in your little beds!

I am gonna go to a sports massage person tomorrow (well as its 430am I spose I should say today) but THANK YOU very much for the offer.

I hate to think what I will be like in the morning after no sleep and still in pain.

Anyone know where I can buy spare backs please????
