my cc needs a refill. what type / code should i use?

any recomandations?

I usually go and buy my 1st refill for a new car from my dealer. I see what they supply me, and then after that buy the same make and type from cheaper shops. Then if ever they claim that you have used the wrong oil, you have a reciept that proves you bought what they said was correct for the car.

It is just peace of mind knowing that you have got the right sort - assuming the monkeys can read :)

Definitely go full synthetic - something like Mobil 1. I used to work in the chemical industry and specialised in engine lubricants - believe me the price you pay for a full synthetic is well worth it - there's serious $'s spent proving the oil with engine tests that are rigourous.

Yeah in AU Mobil 1 is one of the more expensive one and is use by Peugeot Service and that what they recomend. I think the european counter part is Esso or total or something like that... its in the handbook anyway... cheers

the manual does say esso or total - which are not sold in denmark.

i'll go full synthetic - thanks frosty (the snowman? :rolleyes: )
